Today a new segment is born!!

The second gym I attend can be pretty entertaining. Over the last 2 months I’ve seen some pretty funny or interesting things. I’ve thought about posting about it purely for the comedic aspect. 15 minutes treadmill

Abdominal crunches 100 lbs 15x3

Leg Press 367 lbs 15 x 3

Another packed day at the gym with equipment not readily available to use.

I see so many at the gym and some of them trying hard and I just want to take them to the side and tell them that they will never make any progress if they don’t change their diet…

For sure. We all have a starting point. It was more of a giggle to me that I can press more and not to be a negative post. He was still at the gym trying to improve his life so it’s still a win! ☺️
