I am actually training my k8s muscle today 😤
Run a bit then chest and more chest 😂
And when you’re done, finish it off with a bit of pec fly
Chest is my favorite 💪🏽 looking forward to do it this week

I always do some rowing between sets to make it less bad
Push and pull? Those are separate days for me. Chest, shoulders, and triceps today
When I am not in a race prep I have chest, back and shoulder on separate days. And I would still do the rows.
