It's not obvious what you're supposed to do on Nostr. And real people, who aren't influencers, don't get much value from just reading the influencers and no one ever talking outside the influencers' notes. And relays don't do what they seem like they ought to - especially the Bitcoin relay, which seems to be operating on some different rules that aren't written anywhere. And frankly, zaps just aren't motivating. Cool idea, but it's not gonna get me to fiddle with "go here do that, this and that option, etc" thats the usual tech experience.
"Nostr onboarding" seems weird. Seems like something that should happen as a side-effect of someone using an app they come across like nostr:npub1eaz6dwsnvwkha5sn5puwwyxjgy26uusundrm684lg3vw4ma5c2jsqarcgz or someone sharing a link from nostr:npub1jfujw6llhq7wuvu5detycdsq5v5yqf56sgrdq8wlgrryx2a2p09svwm0gx or nostr:npub1wyuh3scfgzqmxn709a2fzuemps389rxnk7nfgege6s847zze3tuqfl87ez or an image from nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7.
Maybe a greater emphasis on "login w nostr or continue w new npub" and then a banner or dialog to tell the user they can store the credentials for use again later
We need to increase the throughput from search engines. Hoping that maybe happens more with the Wiki.

came super natural to me but all my onboarding efforts have failed none of my friends have stayed, they find it too hard to comprehend which had me questioning my circle for a bit there lol
