Bread baking is a little bit of science and a lot of magic, lol. Always shocked when I get a nice loaf of sourdough (this is my first loaf in a year with no help from yeast). I jumped on the covid lockdown sourdough starter bandwagon and my starter that the kid named Wormin' (Backyardigans IYKYK) is almost 4 years old 😯.
