Yeah, I can't drink commercial beer, but love a good homebrew.
That is very similar to our strategy, but with Kombucha. We went with Kombucha because of the overall better health effects.
Need to check it out
Don't forget nostr. Artisanal Kombucha at cost price for friends.
You only need a small glass to get most of the benefits
Interesting. I've never heard of that before
We do Kombucha, but love milk kefir. Milk kefir made the biggest improvement on my gut health. I used to be pretty dairy intolerant, but I can handle most things now.
Kombucha is less about the microbes and more about the acids and antioxidants and other stuff.
I would be happy to give you a starter, but I'm in Australia.
Nice, who was selling the Kombucha?
Nice, love Kombucha
The fridge is restocked with our latest batch of kombucha.
Cold, crisp and ready to enjoy. https://cdn.nostrcheck.me/f7d04ef57962b2f3c61cfba8a072728906ce43f911a82916e4e1fa64f84a88ef.webp #kombucha #foodstr
Sounds like the lyrics to our song
"Every dollar in your wallet is just someone else's debt,
The more you try to save it up the deeper in you get..."

You can add sugar and champagne yeast and put it in a closed vessel after the first ferment and make it alcoholic.
Most people don’t realise that hops in beer contain one of the strongest phytoestrogens in nature, compounds that can disrupt your hormones over time. Not exactly great for health.
Kombucha, on the other hand, is brewed from tea — no hops, no phytoestrogens. Instead it delivers:
✅ Probiotics that support gut health
✅ Antioxidants that fight oxidative stress
✅ Organic acids that aid metabolism
✅ Immune and liver function support
Why drink something that throws you off balance when you could choose a brew that restores it?
This is why we are persistent about using Bitcoin
Nice work. We sell Kombucha for monero too
It can be time consuming. We make large batches to streamline it

Posting as bookmark, looks interesting.
We explore some of the biblical themes in our album, especially songs like 'Let my people go' based on Proverbs 6:1-5 Babylon, Age of lies and What's the rate.

We used a similar approach in writing our album, focusing first on the ethical foundations of Bitcoin.

Yeah, technically the SCOBY is the bacterial and yeast in the Kombucha solution. The pellicle is the cellulose film that is formed.
This is the thickest pellicle we have ever made in the brew containers.
