More recent than my original test of Lightning wallets. That just shows how fast the field moves...

I agree that currently I would install Phoenix Wallet to most new users because of good combo of speed, reliability and cost.

Although I personally like to use Breez more, it is more data intensive due to running everything on the phone.

Also recommending mostly Phoenix, but while onboarding friends I help them to get a liquidity by sending on chain TX there and back by LN, because build-in liquidity feature is fucking expensive.

Also confusing they loose liquidity when sending to onchain.

This is where Breeze wins with their generous channel and build-in sugmarine swap client.

It's not much cheaper the way you do it and you have to wait.

Onchain swap is two onchain tx and then ln out is 0.4%

I do lightning there and back (which is 0.4% + 0.4% + one onchain tx), this is instant. But for 0.2% extra they guarantee the liquidity for a year. Don't know how that works...
