I’m away on vacation & my niece got a bug bite.
My sister is worried, but I think it’s just a normal bite.
She’s been waiting at the local emergency room for 5 hours, probably going to be there all day.
Any Bitcoiner dermatologists who I could pay to diagnose it remotely?

Not a pediatrician and not medical advice… but I wouldn’t go to the ER for my own kids bug bite unless there were systemic issues (rash on other parts of the body, difficulty breathing, severe swelling of the extremity beyond the site of the bite, lightheaded, etc).
Depending on the kids age you could probably give some benedryl and hydrocortisone cream to the site. Send a pic! Hopefully it’s not worse than nostr:npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u ‘s foot in #Nostrica
Throw some witch hazel and helichrysum or lavender essential oil on it and call it a day (of course, respecting what others said about lack of trouble breathing, etc.)
