I miss working in a bakery.

I've never been able to cook bread well in a regular oven for some reason

I had a lot of trouble with the oven our home when we first moved it. It's been a trial of temps and times to find the sweet spot.

I’m more of a meat guy but the long family history of diabetes seems irrelevant compared to how yummy this looks!

Weconly eat bread if I bake it so it's not a staple in our house. Just a sometimes food.

Red meat is an everyday food for us though.

I started carnivore about 3 weeks ago.

My sour dough mothers are gone.

I'd have a slice of that in a heartbeat though - looks amazing.

I'm sure you are feeling great after 3 weeks carnivore.

I also started lifting again after a 2 year break.

Yes life is much more enjoyable.
