I know most bars weigh 45 pounds. But I use a trap bar for deadlifts and I never counted the weight of the bar because I just didn’t know what it was. It definitely is more accurate to count the weight of everything but idk how to even get that number lo

Trap bars are my go to for deadlifts too. I feel more in control and have better form with it equally balanced especially with the same hand placement.

And I don’t gash my shins every other week with trap bars 😂

lol reasons!! I’m more focused with a trap bar to keep good form. Too many things can do sideways and I have ended lifting with my back other ways so the trap bar it is!
