It's not even a hypothetical.

I am thinking of starting a Nostr based business for my next business. Do I try to comply or do I just launch it elsewhere and ban Australia?

It's not your first problem getting started, not even your thousandth.

If they start enforcing end of 2025 then you have time to run many iterations.

You're right of course. I may be a bit more battle scarred than most when it comes to regulatory risks. Can you blame me?
