One thing I’ve noticed in the last few years is the spread of these “claw” businesses. Like those machines they had at the fair when we were kids and you would try and get a toy with a claw. They seem to have made whole stores with this. I don’t understand how someone would be a repeat customer. The storefronts have flashy colours. Lots of effort put into the decor inside. All over town
