I just can't get with this doomerism. They probably have backdoored every chip we use and every single secure element is possible on the market so therefore we should not try to have any privacy whatsoever might as well just let them have full unfettered access. That's what this mentality says to me when people say this kind of rhetoric.

We must assume that they have and do the most we can to ensure that even if they have that we still have the ability to protect ourselves and our loved ones.
