Europe is not important. They lost all the wars, lost all their royalty, lost all their colonies, lost their sense of culture and lost their fucking minds.
Discussion
Still got better food than the US, even with all that shit going on. :80s:
This is true but I think it's changing. Growing numbers of walking whales in Europe just like America.
Suicidal continent.
USA will continue to be richest and the most powerful nation in the world. On a geopolitical level we are in a perfect location and 1 language.
Where Europe fails is they have too many languages.
Europe fails by unifying itself into a giant unelected socialist authoritarian regime
Yes you are right but I suspect even with a free market capitalist type government they would fail as Europeans are too far brainwashed and they would struggle to let go of their identity and language.
You need a common language and similar identify to succeed.
I don't think you need a common anything, that was the lie to sell the EU, competing with the dumbed-down USSA corpo-empire flattening distinct Eurpean cultures into a big McState.
You are right
there are still one or two positive things to report,
but overall, yes, your findings are correct.
and historically:
please don't forget that there is one piece of really good news for the moment:
at least there is currently no war emanating from any of the European countries.
the post-war order was to ensure that Germany would no longer be at war with any other country. Right?
Well, from that point of view, it's a complete success.
zoomoutpls
Losing the royalties is a positive lol.
Europe (the continent) has several times the culture of the rest of the world combined, but the only attempt to unify it resulted in a dystopian bureaucratic dictatorship.
If the EU had the balls to lead an independent policy rather than do as told by the US it would not be increasingly irrelevant. Unfortunately, they have no obvious route to get out of the corner they painted themselves in. Partnership with Russia would have been good but that ship has sailed.
