The extra power of the Wim Hof Method lies in its scientific backing.

From my own experience practicing the method, I know very well that it makes me more happy, courageous, centered and healthy. But now, as I go through all the scientific studies on the method which were done over the last 15+ years, it's great to be able to explain what happens physiologically within the body and why the Wim Hof method is so effective.

Probably most revolutionary is the proof that it is possible to consciously influence the autonomous nervous system and with it the immune system.
