Trick question. Cocoa isn't brown until you roast the beans. Also consistency is different. But you do you.

Unfortunately, that’s not the case in my life. I eat chocolate in my sleep (often) and wake up to brown smears that look like I shit the bed (i think I fall sleeep and roll in it to melt it)

I wat mostly organic dark unsweetened chocolate. It doesn't melt as easily because it doesn't have as much milk and sugar.

Ughh we have the dark chocolate peanut butter things. They’re organic, but there’s definitely some sugar, I’m trying to eliminate them from my routine currently
