I wonder if the trend towards analog media, like vinyl and cassettes, will make it all the way to appliances and our other gadgets?

I’d personally love to see a number of small companies creating rugged retro household products. I envy that my grandparents only ever had to buy a thing once, and it worked wonderfully for the rest of their lives.
