Thinking about tiny moments I had in my whole life, from childhood until now. Meeting someone, going somewhere, random conversations or discoveries, feeling or understanding something new... there are so many memories.
I recently started going for long walks outside and observe (no phone, no podcast, no music, not in the usual thinking loop). Time feels more abundant. Life gifts us 1440 of these minutes every day. In 50 years and excluding sleep, that's over 17 million.
Being productive (working, parenting, organizing, running errands, etc) is absolutely important - but time also flies in that mode. I guess this is a personal reminder to balance wisely.
But above all, being incredibly grateful for the amount, variety and richness of all the tiny moments in my life so far.
