Everytime when I asked the issue was connected to multiple client users.

I think it can be due to not properly loaded following list.
If you update your relays, while your local following list is not full, you will overwrite it.
Did you write for example Vitor a message to ask him if there are known issues regarding to that?
Use nostrgram.co and restore your followers there via your profile.
Do this connected to your umbrel relay so you have a backup 🤙

No I didn't change them, just added notre.wine filter. I am using Amethyst and iris app and Nostrgram from phone browser. Looking up for the backups settings in Nostrgram now
