Recently installed a time tracking app on my phone and have been really disciplined about accurately recording what I do each day.

Results are so embarrassing I won't share them but let's just say I will be making some changes to how I spend my time.

I really recommend trying this if you haven't before

I would be curious to know what you're using. I've tried this in the past with other apps. But I felt they were Super-invasive to track things so inaccurately.

Every now and then, I'll try something like this out, get really into it, and then get totally burnt out.

I've settled into creating a daily, timestamped notes file but not to get too into trying to account for all the time periods.

It's been working much better for me.

app name?

It’s ok comrade, it prevents prostate cancer.

I am too weak

I should try this. I’m sure I’d uncover all sorts of screwing around and wasting time.

Coming at this from another angle, I had been trying to use the time blocking method of scheduling my days, which was mildly successful for me, and I figured out how little time I actually have in a day so maybe I don’t waste as much time as I think I do. What happens are constant interruptions which really eat into my time and my focus. Context switches are expensive.
