Seems like a fair piece to me overall. I think he’s a bit too generous to mastodon and bluesky, and despite showing excitement for Nostr he still underplays the sheer breadth of what is possible.

Bluesky, due to being run by a single centralized entity for the near and medium term (and in the long term I wouldn’t be surprised if they turn into some overly controlling foundation), does have an advantage in UX currently. But the other side of that coin is a ton of the usual overly careful policy and legal responsibilities that are already starting to cause issues.
