There's relay.tools to create your own relay and flare.pub to host videos and probably more services I know nothing about.
Probably will work simply with a paid nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 account. I host and post long nostr:npub1xm82eyq6exvrh5pzfnlfyfxhusdh2f7sjguy0204ggxhxrfyz2xsvt3el2 videos there with little issue.
Relays donβt host videos. I recommend paying for a premium nostr.build account. https://nostr.build/plans
A relay is still a great idea to be a sovereign artist & content creator to ensure you own all your posts, but for sharing videos on Nostr, see the comments below. π

I don't know which client you're using. Under normal circumstances, we use #[2] #[3], long videos need to open members. It seems primal can upload long videos for free.

nostr.build paid plan yep π if you fill your space you can rotate in new videos.. you'll also probably want to optimally transcode them..
A paid nostr.build account or paid Satellite.earth media hosting are probably the two easiest solutions on nostr right now.
