GM - really noon, but GA doesn't look right.

What I'm working on today : breathing better.

Breathing into your chest raises anxiety and causes pain in the chest. Breathing into your belly is relaxing. I need to work on this.

Nothing grandiose or impressive... Just breathing today.

Anxiety can cause all kinds of things to get out of whack. Good on you to practice this technique.

Trying to. Mixed success... It'll take a lot of repetition

The rowing coach says "boxed breathing". 4 seconds in, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds out, 4 seconds hold. Works quite well.

And also breathing out thru nostrils is calming apparently.

Yes, can verify, nose breathing is amazing. I was a mouth breather as a kid - learning to use nose was like magic

I've been trying "breathe into my nuts"
