Thai food is my #1,

followed by Indian food probably.

These fresh ceviches in El Salvador are climbing the chart too

Nice on the ceviche. I have to agree I love Thai first (Red Curry Chicken/Pad Thai, Spring rolls. Spicy.) Vietnamese (Lemongrass Chicken), Chinese (mu-shoo-pork with pancakes/hoisin), Japanese (Sushi, Sashimi/Tempura), Korean (Wings/Fried chicken), Indian (Butter Chicken). I make it all, the sauces, love it. As an American, I laugh at Thanksgiving Dinner, I can make the entire meal with such little effort, Asian is a lot of work but SO FANTASTIC. I would eat a lot more seafood but it isn't available here in Minneapolis unless you pay a fortune. Now I am hungry.

Yum. I'll add green mango shrimp salad (Vietnamese). I forgot about Korean...using lettuce to eat super spicy things. I'm hungry too now :-D

Yes the seafood I'm not a fan of normally. But when I can actually see the fishing boats coming back in the morning, it's a different story!
