Absolutely.
And more importantly imo, the notes need to be stored on a relay using neo4j. It's the only way you can manage threads.
Like imagine not muting your whole thread, just the subthread containing the ⭕ hellthread. Completely doable with a graph-lookup field in the filter protocol.
Now to get over my mental block toward Nostr development.
