Yea they def donāt advertise it.
I find them easy to use though once connected.
Only thing is they donāt show up on desktop, I imagine probably for the same reason that it recently came out that signal is not fully secure on desktop š¤·āāļø
100% true but I think most noobs either misunderstand or incorrectly assume that secret chats are the default.
šÆ yes, this has always baffled me.. why not just make them all e2ee, and where not possible (for eg on desktop), put a warning sign you need to acknowledge before proceeding
