How will they justify banning nostr?
they'll say it's Putin propaganda and child pornography.
But how would they enforce it?
a few criminal prosecutions against client authors and relay owners and the desire to use Nostr in EU will be very much diminished, at least outside a small group of marginalized people
Neither of these things need to happen inside of the EU for nostr to be used inside the EU. Banning nostr would be over reach, like declaring encryption a munition, it would likely backfire and draw attention to nostr.
No one would think of banning 20 bitcoiners, the authorities will only control Nostr when and if it has an audience
