Just speculation on my side, but now you have me wondering where the list of people that we follow is stored with NSEC. Is it part of the cryptography miracle of NPUB/Nsec or something else.

Can't be. I know next to nothing about it and will proceed with conviction, har har har. I'm guessing its in your client and some relays keep lists for you. But Idk what the relays actually do, or why I should designate relays for some tasks but not all tasks, or how I would know which to designate. All quite arcane, imo.

I didn't read it before, but now I agree, that is interesting. I always thought it was "laxidaisy" like a version of "relaxed" but playful.
