The billion dollar milk industry has fooled adults into drinking milk past the infant stage. Adults should not be drinking milk. Research it.

WHAT!? I thought raw milk was all the rage. Man this place is going to get exciting.

I haven't researched the debate between raw milk and processed milk but I'm talking about both processed and raw milk.

I do know that processed milk is worse then raw milk.

What do you put in your cereal?

rice milk, almond milk, soy milk. I prefer rice milk.

Note that the drinks have no milk in them they just added the name milk at the end to help consumers understand what it is like.

If real milk was so bad why would they market their products as milk? Wouldn't they not want to be associated with it?

It's called marketing. It's a new product so you need to help the consumers understand what it is similar to it and it's use is similar to milk which you put inside cereals.

If you don't do that you would have to invent a new word. I mean what word could they use? Your sales would not be as high.

You can't use juice because it's not a juice. Juice is fruits. Is there a name for plant or seed juice?

If it was me I would use "flow" because it's liquid and it flows.

Almond flow, rice flow, soy flow,

But even so. Your sales wouldn't be as high as milk. Calling it milk allows the customer to quickly know that it supposed to be used the same way you use milk.

So I would assume you think whey is bad for you in your diet and milk proteins are just another gimmick.

Cheese? yoghourt? Also bad?

I'm not sure what whey is.

Cheese & yogurt are not as bad because it has a lower concentration of lactose which is why the milk is bad.

During fermentation yogurt and cheese break down the lactose.

Aged cheese like cheddar and parmesan have almost no lactose.

but it's also not just lactose that is bad. Milk is biologically meant for babies not adults and even animals stop drinking it past baby stage.

There is a lot of other stuff in the milk apart from lactose that is not meant for adult consumption.

The number one reason corporations sell it because it's cheap to produce and profitable to sell and governments like to subsidize farms.

Whey is the primary protein in milk and is consumed by everyone serious about building their body. Clearly you don't understand why milk proteins are some of the best available for human consumption. Complex BCAAs provided by milk are amazing. Soy milk has limited BCAA. Dairy products are some of the best products for human thriving.

Farms - especially dairy farms are notoriously high touch and low margin. Soy production on the other hand is cheap and easy. You're lost.

Whey protein is useful, but you don’t need milk to get

isolated whey, eggs, or other proteins provide the same BCAAs without the downsides of lactose, casein, and hormones. Many populations thrive without dairy, proving it’s not essential for health.

Dairy is heavily subsidized—if it were so necessary, why does the industry need billions in government support to stay afloat? Meanwhile, 80% of soy is fed to livestock, not humans, so blaming soy farming while ignoring dairy’s inefficiency makes no sense.

If milk is so superior, why do so many people stop producing lactase after infancy? Maybe because we’re not meant to drink it.

No need to get upset. Don't you know how to debate? Are you a milk drinker? Does it hurt your feelings when someone tries to debate a topic with you that you don't agree with?

Maybe that's why you're still drinking milk because you're a baby.
