Ok WOW I see what all the hype is about. They have a sort of meaty taste to them. Sautéed in butter with a little salt. Now I’m forced to look at the rest until my wife gets home to try them.

Definitely worth trying if you can get them! There is an Australian variety that I’ve been able to get a couple of times. They are great in a sauce for steak!
