If you are going to have this much sugar in one sitting, I recommend:
1. Ensuring thyroid is healthy.
2. Getting enough micronutrients (weekly liver, oysters).
3. Getting enough protein and gelatin.
4. Getting sun first thing in the AM.
5. Going on a good walk after breakfast.
6. Exercise/play every day.
7. Consuming ACV+cinnamon.
For no 7 I really like the pictured caps.
