Initially, having gotten almost no culinary training growing up, I thought it was all a careful science.
Then in college, a friend jailbroke my brain and showed me that cooking was more of an art but yes, baking is more of a science.

I enjoy teaching. If they can't cook, that's just more reason for more fun.
Always hated cooking but it’s just something that must be taught.
I enjoy cooking. I don't do complicated stuff though.
I like cooking for myself, but I don't like cooking for others.
For example: I like my meat medium rare, but most people like it well done. For me, that's a waste of a good cut. The same goes for seasonings (I like spicy food), which almost never coincide with what everyone else likes. So fuck 'em.
