Don't use your main node balance as your spending wallet. Set yourself up your own "sub-account" and use that as your wallet. Don't worry, you can switch to using that with your Alby account so that your zaps go there.

Your main node's balance will always show the total outgoing liquidity available on your node, so there is no way to make it disregard liquidity that is earmarked for your sub-accounts. Instead, it is better to just give yourself an isolated balance, just like you have done for your friends and family.
