Day 008: 2024-03-29 - 10x10

Took these a bit easier (fewer reps per set). Feeling sore in the shoulder. Did these between deadlift 5x5 and other stuff.

Are your elbows close to your body during your pushups? If not, that could potentially be related to your shoulder soreness.

I try to keep them tucked, but it’s a constant challenge to remember and apply.
