Not really. But, in this case I yes. I can.

I don't particularly want to make a fuss about this, since, I'm not exactly dogmatic about diet as long as people are eating whole foods (and juicing isn't whole food, IMO).

You are right, juicing is not whole food....It's detoxing and fueling with nutrients. I use the pulp making crackers πŸ˜‰ And Smoothies is whole food, because it's a blend... I am dogmatic πŸ˜‚ But don't expect others to be the same...I just love to inspire...

That's cool.

I'm curious about your pulp crackers.

Well...I do it without recipe...but I usually take linseed, poppy seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, a little salt and blend it dry (not to fine).. Then I mix it with the pulp and a little water (as the pulp is quite dry) and spread it thinly on a silicone sheet. Then it goes into the dehydrator for about 10 hours overnight or in the sun, depending the weather.

Here is an older picture of how it looks like πŸ˜‰ And they are really nice and crunchy ☺️

You are so sweet! Thank you for featuring and give healthy vegan recipes a bigger audience πŸ«‚

I would love to feature more! πŸ«‚

πŸ«‚πŸ«‚πŸ«‚ I’m also open to collaborate ☺️ make an interview together or I can write something to add to the newsletter. Soon I’ll post a pumpkin soup recipe too πŸŒ±πŸ‚

You gotta try it one day. They are so filling and delicious πŸ˜„

I would.
