I don't particularly want to make a fuss about this, since, I'm not exactly dogmatic about diet as long as people are eating whole foods (and juicing isn't whole food, IMO).

You are right, juicing is not whole food....It's detoxing and fueling with nutrients. I use the pulp making crackers π And Smoothies is whole food, because it's a blend... I am dogmatic π But don't expect others to be the same...I just love to inspire...

I'm curious about your pulp crackers.
Well...I do it without recipe...but I usually take linseed, poppy seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, a little salt and blend it dry (not to fine).. Then I mix it with the pulp and a little water (as the pulp is quite dry) and spread it thinly on a silicone sheet. Then it goes into the dehydrator for about 10 hours overnight or in the sun, depending the weather.
