Ribeyes, eggs, bone broth and butter baby!

🤤🤤🤤 That sounds like the dream, I don’t have the money for daily ribeyes but I have 70% beef, 20% liver, 10% heart mince everyday. 6 eggs, raw milk, and some organic fruits. Been so busy with work I don’t have time to cook bone broth anymore but it’s one of the best foods fr 🥲

Mostly chicken and some vegetables. I would like to eat red meat everyday, but it's freaking expensive

It depends what you buy, I get really good quality grass fed + finished beef mince where I am. The nutrient profile of red meat compared to chicken is insanely different, even if you just have mince I’d advise trying to swap at least a few meals
