Well, I guess Mel needs to present evidence of his 3 friends’ cure protocol and its results anonymously right here on Nostr, making Nostr what Reddit could have been. Publish the final report on the bitcoin blockchain maybe. Who can help him if not us? What if it’s true, Pascal?

Perhaps we need an alternative evidence-gathering body (like the academy only decentralized and verifiable) which would be able to offer certification services to visionaries and theorists like Mel and Alex Jones and Joe Rogan.
A kind of evidence-based and uncensorable community notes with the ability to offer grants/bounties and logistic support for the research, composition, and publication of anonymous but evidence-supported hypotheses.

If Mel wants to tell what cancer they treated and what drugs they used then sure, why not? Study it, test it, go for it. I'm not opposed to any treatment regimen - just show me that it works.

Do you really believe that ivermectin or whatever Mel is talking about really cures stage 4 cancer which in almost all instances is by definition incurable yet thousands of doctors are secretly hiding the secret cure for some reason?
it's not the doctors who are the root of the problem. Most doctors are just zombie slaves, they do as they're told. And it has nothing to do with secretly hiding anything.
The multi-billion dollar cancer industry isn't in the business of adopting or finding cheap unpatentable remedies.
Once you understand that they really don't care about us peasants it becomes abundantly clear.

Sure there is cure, but eapecially prevention: don't eat anything made of plants, nor plants themselves, nor their fruits, nor extracts of any kind (not even medicine and vitamins). Don't means 0 mg in a lifetime. Eat meat, eggs and fish, but especially meat, especially fat, except pork, and not too much chicken. That is it. That is the cure. Not only for cancer.
