In this case they are moving custodians so it’s not totally unexpected, but they are also having a battle with them over Fortress wanting to charge like $100 fees for every individual account. I think that was the biggest fee being charged but that it wasn’t flat across the board. I saw people saying like $60 and $64 had come out of their balance. So I’m not sure what the real fee is or how distributed it is. Plenty of people who also haven’t seen a fee, so don’t know the extent.

The email I got said $125 like it was a flat fee. Only free reason I didn’t get hit with that is because I haven’t used Swan in a while and had no USD or BTC on their platform to have it withdrawn from. 🤡
