This is 100% spot on.. When I do extreme low carb, get cramps all night long, heartrate is uncontrollable and so much higher when working out. I guess due to low blood volume from my body flushing all the salt(and water) out of my system from low aldosterone since insulin is low??? Either way, I do much better with some fruit(blueberries/strawberries) and cruciferous vegetables with lots o' meat and some kimchi
