I’ve been working out 5 months and still can’t get rid of all the belly fat so I had to be honest with myself and look at the 2-3 gallons of raw milk I was drinking per week….I miss it.

That is actually way to much for one person imho. Personally, I limit it to 16oz a day at most. Dont have to give it up, just cut back.

Stuff is so good though, hard to not chug a whole gallon at once. 😂
I almost drink a whole gallon when I do a pickup and it’s been a few days without.
What I like to do and it helps with over drinking the milk since it more satiating, is throw 3 or 4 raw eggs with the milk and blend it up. And its just delicious. Or add a banana or some berries and give it a little flavor boost.
