I cringe when thinking back to the introduction of margarine, marketed and promoted as a cheaper and healthier alternative to butter.

100g of butter is a rather large serving though…that’d be like 900 calories :)
Sure yet somehow I have kept 75+ lbs off eating it every day.
It’s actually very good for generating the sensation called satiety. Low fat dieters struggle to feel full.
It’s weird how different satiety feels compared to saturation for me. I had to get used to it once I lowered my carbs and upped my protein and fats. My stomach does not feel filled to the max (saturation), but my appetite definitely has been satiated (after giving it some time)
Make sure to get yerself some grass fed butter to up those omega-3 levels
