Flour+water+time That's it. I swore I'd never bake bread, it was too scary. Enter 2020 and nothing better to do, my sister gave me some sourdough starter discard and now I bake bread on occasion. My starter, Wormin is his name, lives in the fridge and is to a point that very infrequent feedings keep him going. #sourdough #breadstr
