I want a farm. A tiny one. Basically just like five fruit trees and a few rows of veggies, big enough basement and some chickens. Maybe like one pig or few goats/sheep.

A place big enough to not be bothered by neighbors, but to stay in reach if something happens and to keep connections.

And a little tractor.

I know how to make sourdough and butcher dead animals and don't want to die in fiat mines.

I'll have mine on a mountain side, please. 😎

Amen...Seems simple enough, but damn if the strategic hollowing out of the global middle class hasnt just been a jack-the-ripper-style hatchet job for all those like us with this dream. Just gotta acknowledge that, and keep on. Crazy how a thing that dirt-poor people did every damn day of their lives 200 years ago is now seemingly the hardest thing to make happen. Just don't give up hope... Lots of people like us are here and everywhere.

Go for it! Start today, don't wait...

Well I'm several millions of FIAT short and tend to little kids, also it's autumn.🫀

Which trees?

For mine, I'd want plum, apple, and pear. Then I'd also want strawberry, blueberry, and blackberry bushes. I'd like a filbert tree too. Sunflowers. Potatoes. Quail. Chicken.

If I lived in a warm enough environment, then I'd like orange, avocado, and lime trees, too.

What a nice list❀️ I'd guess one from every usual tree. Apple, plum, pear, peach and walnut. And bushes, preferably raspberries (that grow like crazy) and I'm very intrigued by one that's like kiwi berry, I don't know how it's called. It's tiny kiwis without the hair and it's awesome.

And strawberries everywhere, soup herbs and something medicinal as well. A half wild edible permagarden would be dreamy.

And bees, for some irrational reason I'd love a hive buzzing nearby.
