I am not sure but I think more and more people are asking the same question as the EU morphs into China. Perhaps the answer is to try to get your current country out. The same forces guiding the direction of the EU are in most places now, unfortunately

Cambodia is not part of the CRS reporting still and still easy to open a bank account there.
Then duck over to Thailand regularly for a more crypto friendly (and also music festival - Tommorrowland coming to #Bangkok soon) vibe. Can spend directly no problems, and use Apple Pay with a crypto card for stuff that you can't spend.
There's a few #NoKYC crypto cards out there which is just as good as using cash but you can pay contactless in supermarkets, some restaurants/cafes, and convenience stores.
