I’m pretty sure it’s no news to you, but in case it is Owen Barfield was a student of Steiner and definitely had an influence on Tolkien. I’ve been impressed with all the Inklings work that I’m familiar with.
I did not know about this connection (!) but I'm not surprised if Tolkien was inspired by Steiners work. I've just scratched the surface of anthroposophy.. thank you so much for your comments and input 🙏🏻🌟
