One must realize this and then unlearn what they have been taught all these years. Furthermore people need to come to the understanding that what is pushed by “health” care practitioners, the gov’t and media as what to eat vs what not to eat, you should do the opposite.

Fat in terms of butter, tallow and ghee are healthy and necessary. Healthy oils such as coconut oil, avocado oil and olive oil is fantastic. Margarine is one ingredient away from being plastic. Seed oils should be avoided at all costs.

Salt is another one people are encouraged to dismiss but are sadly mistaken because it is also mandatory in one’s diet.

Protein of course is the most essential of all.

Berries and garden fresh veggies are a nice addition in moderation too.

Unfortunately we live in a society where people struggle to eat well and people are run down and stretched to the max by their job that they reach for convenience whether it’s a drive thru meal, a quick meal coming out of a box or can filled with processed ingredients and fillers or literally junk food.

Planning ahead doesn’t take as much effort as people believe. My quick meal is throwing a dry brined steak on the barbecue.

Health is wealth!! 💪
