I know is not easy. It's a path I have chosen and I am walking. But it's not impossible and it brings such peace. I wish I could just pass this message by. But I know, by experience, that one must come to this truth, by self acknowledging it, not by words of another.

my own experience was that hearing messages like this led me to this truth.
however, i did have to acknowledge it.

You can listen to it many times, but until you are ready, you will not understand and sometimes even strongly reject it.
But, one day it clicks...and another day you acknowledge it and a shift happens.
