my own experience was that hearing messages like this led me to this truth.
however, i did have to acknowledge it.

You can listen to it many times, but until you are ready, you will not understand and sometimes even strongly reject it.
But, one day it clicks...and another day you acknowledge it and a shift happens.

for me, i felt hopeless and self-loathing for some time before hearing a similar message.
i wonder now if the message was right in front of me and i just didn't notice.
