I’ve noticed for me it’s been harder to quit unhealthy habits as an adult.

Sobering up after my OD as a teenager was extremely difficult, but idk if I could’ve gotten through it as well as I did then now.

The longer a habit has formed the stronger the hold? I certainly find that to be true.

This book helped me with breakinh habits.. Substitute the the word alcohol with any bad habit you hand and this book will help you with Coming up with coping mechanisms for your bad habits.

Another book I would recommend it's atomic habits
