How can people be so dense as to not realize there’s absolutely zero objective definition of any of those things? That anyone in power will literally (and extremely easily) determine that whatever results in the things that get in their way are “hate speech” and “inciting violence?”

I guess I’m being naive to assume that there are any meaningful number of people in power who dont know exactly what they are doing.
